This is actually a complaint.
Really I've tried everything. I've been trying to cancel my account via email and online chat over the last week. Mainly through online chat. That is completely useless. This email: email@example.com, response fast but they are not helpful, they just forward the request to other staff. This email: firstname.lastname@example.org, they don't reply. I plan to send complaints to TIO this week and cancel direct debit authorization if I cannot get my account canceled soon.
