Our TPG account is in my wife's name.

The account login verification code is sent to her phone.

This is very inconvenient because I can't log in if she is away.

She never wants to log in.

I am the only one who may wish to log in to our account.

In this instance, you may consider requesting a change or transfer of ownership if you believe that you will have more interaction with the current service moving forward (e.g billing, tech issue).

 

Send us a PM with the TPG customer ID or username so we can assist further.

I was originally the owner of this account 1199517101, we changed the ownership to Margaret so that her phone could be transferred from Telstra to TPG.

 

Now you're saying we can change it back to me ... I have no idea of how to send a private message ... nothing I did put me where I could write a PM, let alone send one.
