We will be away out of tpg coverage for 7 days between 23/12/2024 and 31/12/2024. We will need a phone during this week. Can I replace the tpg sim card, with a telstra network sim card? I will not be transfering my number to the replacement sim card, so am hoping it will be a simple changeover and back again to tpg when we return. I cannot log in to my mobile account using the original password. I have tried to reset password, from an sms message on the phone, but an error message says that the password can't be changed on my phone. I have tried to change the password on my laptop, but the sms message is sent to my phone, not to an email ..... this has been happening for months.
