I have $20 in credit sitting in my account after cancelling my NBN service, so now do not currently have an active TPG service. For the last few weeks TPG keeps sending me a statement of account telling me my account is in $20 credit but gives me no option to get it refunded into my bank account or credit card How can I organise this credit to be reimbursed to me.
