Get online support
After receiving an email from TPG yesterday about some duplication of notifications from TPG, I tried to log in to my account as advised in the email. The login failed. Tried again today but it still failed. I cleared recent history and the cache but it made no difference.

Kindly send us a private message with your TPG username or customer ID number along with the screenshot of the notification that you received.
