Account usage not being collected

When I log into my account and go to Check Your Account Usage, the message instead of my usage is:

"

Usage not collected for the period 2024-02-05 to 2024-03-04

Usage not collected for the period 2024-01-05 to 2024-02-05

Usage not collected for the period 2023-12-05 to 2024-01-05

I want to know what my usage is.

This is usually the view if you have an unlimited data package with us.

In order to get the usage report, you can contact our Accounts Team on 1300 993 011 or send us a private message with your account details.
