When I log into my account and go to Check Your Account Usage, the message instead of my usage is: " Usage not collected for the period 2024-02-05 to 2024-03-04 Usage not collected for the period 2024-01-05 to 2024-02-05 Usage not collected for the period 2023-12-05 to 2024-01-05 I want to know what my usage is. Thanks.

I received no reply to my earlier message - will we be provided with something like a 4G modem while we are waiting for this to be resolved? I am working from home and chewing through data.
