Hi, i cannot access my account to add my mobile phone number, as my mobile phone number is needed to access my account.

Could a Moderator contact me to help sort out this....ummm...mess?

One of the problems was that I didn't have my account(or customer?) number, which i now have.

I am responding to you today as @Anonymous is currently not available. I can understand that it may take some of your time to do the verification with our Privacy Team but know that we do this for your account security. I'll have our privacy officer resend you the OCR (Optical Character Recognition) link, so your mobile contact number can be added on your account. Smiley Happy
