We've created an article that will guide our customers on how to Update Credit Card or Direct Debit payment details or Re-try a Failed Payment securely online

 

We always send out the TPG credentials of our customers to the Email address that is registered on the account. You may look into your Email for the account details.

 

If customers are unable to locate the said Email, our Customer support team will assist you. Just reach them via Chat here.
