When I try to sign up online it wants to transfer my Mosman property to my Launceston property.
This is incorrect.
I want to have 2 set ups for 2 properties on the same account if possible.

When you say same account, it would mean that they will share the same Customer ID or username which is not possible. We can set up 2 accounts for you, under the same name with different address and separate Customer ID/username.
Any chance you can send your Customer ID or service address of your existing account through private message?
