Hi, I got an update your payment details email, but also get the same "existing payment is in progress" when trying to update the payment method.

I'm having the same issue. I need to update my details so that TPG can take the money from my account. Can someone help?

It won't let me update my payment details -- the button is greyed out.

When I tried to retry the payment through the automated phone line, there was an error and the payment did not go through.
