SPF and DKIM authentication

Hello

I have tried to forward emails from my tpg email account to a gmail address.

The message bounces with the comment that

SPF  did not pass

DKIM did not pass

How do I fix this issue

Hi @manij 

Are you able to send a test mail from your TPG account to your Gmail?

Are you using the webmail or an email client (outlook, etc.)?
