Hi
I recently joined TPG and brought across my phone number from my previous provider. I received a confirmation email that my TPG A/C had been activated and it was ready to use. However there is a problem, l log into my account and l get the message to receive a Verification Code via SMS, l select the option, however l am not receiving a SMS Verification Code.
Can you please assist me with this issue and inform me of the problem and what is required by myself, to hopefully rectify this matter.
