I have been trying to cancel my service since 11th March, had numerous emails, live chat but nothing happening. I just missed a call from Sydney rang back on hold for approx 20mins they said they were going to transfer the call and then the line went dead.
I am still being billed for the service which i do not want and cannot get any satisfaction or response. Next step is the Ombudsman.
Any advice as to how i get this resolved would be appreciated.
