Bill calculate mothly

I brought the product on the 8/3/18. And waiting for the installation. Now the month nearly finish, but I haven't use the product yet. I wonder when my next bill coming and how it calculate. At the moment I still waiting for installation.

The billing cycle will commence once the account is already active or installed. The installation time frame for our ADSL2+ service is within 10 to 20 working days, while our NBN service is within 2 to 30 working days. You'll receive a notification via Email once it's done.
