Since you are currently overseas, your international roaming should be enabled in order to receive the OTP via SMS.
If you are using a TPG Mobile SIM service, then you can request to enable the international roaming here: https://tpg.com.au/identity
A case manager will be in touch with you within 24 to 48 working hours.

We do not send out the actual bill to our customer for their security.
It's either automatic debit or online payment through TPG My Account.

We suggest updating your mobile information using your international mobile to receive OTP via SMS and access your account online to make a payment.
You can request to add your mobile using the confirm identity form ( https://tpg.com.au/identity ) once you submit the request, one of our account experts will contact you via email.
