Get online support
I received my 4G+ modem yesterday, installed it and everything is set up. However there is no internet connection... When i go into the TPG account dashboard it says that the service has not been activated because apparently it is still 'Waiting for Hardware Dispatch', despite me already receiving the modem. Can this be sorted out as soon as possible please. Thank you
