Please be informed that invoices and other account-related notifications are sent to the email address registered on your TPG account. You also have the option of logging in to My Account to check your invoices.
If you don't have one or wish to change the existing email address on your account, send us a private message with your TPG account details so we can assist.
As I said in my email I registed my email address at TPG my account. But I haven't got Billing Reminder and Invoice from the email address I provided in my account. Can you advise please? Thanks!
TPG is a prepaid service, which takes the fee out of the registered direct debit or credit card on the account automatically 7 days before the end of the billing cycle.
There's no notification or reminder of the bill and invoice will be sent out by request to our Customer Support Team, which you can call on 1300 993 011.
