Hi there,
when i try and log into TPG on my mobile phone, it wants the security code... i have to go look for the code in messages .. it takes me a couple of seconds at the most... but without fail I get "security code has expired" Error code: CSJBKF. - I have tried multiple times - I am never more than a few seconds, it seems by having to leave the app to get the code it causes an issue. In other programs I use the code would show above the keyboard, but it does not happen with TPG app. I have an iPhone13Max Pro.

Have you perhaps tried using the app on another device? And just to confirm, you are still receiving the code?
