Can I Still Cancel my NBN order?

Hi,

Currently having issue with my NBN order due to NBN co network error.

Was wondering if I can still cancel my order whilst in the middle of "will provide updates when available"

For there are other providers that offer supports (get you connected) while waiting for their NBN connection.
