I have bought a $12.5/monthly mobile plan with e-sim just now, but I choose to pay using direct debit. And now, I realize that direct debit have to take up to 3-4 business day. Can someone help me to cancel the order/transaction so that I can put new order using debit card?
I am really in urgent and have to get the e-sim asap
