Can i get my Username changed?

I'd like to have my TPG username changed if possible? Can this be done?

Welcome to TPG Community!

Regrettably, it is no longer possible to change the account username if you already have an active connection service with us. You have an option to create an email alias. Email aliases are addresses which simply forward emails from a TPG email address to your main account.

To create one, just login to your TPG My Account  and click on "Manage your Email Aliases" then, fill out the necessary details on the online form.
