Yesterday I had a message from TPG that my mobile data is now barred as I have insufficient Prepaid balance. BUT you take from my account every month money to mobile data.
Last time you took the money on 08.01.2021.
I'd like to know what happen?????
I can not to make a phone calls. I need my phone service back.
I hope you correct this mistake as soon as posible.

The payment that was used is direct debit, which takes 3 to 5 working days to be cleared in the bank. This has caused the delay in refreshing your mobile service.
