Can’t access dashboard to check all mobile accounts

Only in and can access it but the dash board does not pop up and all the options I look at just sends me back to login page. How can this be fixed?

Hi @JK23

 

Are you trying to access the Mobile Accounts, after logging in to your Internet account?

If yes, then you'll receive an error as you need to use the login details for the mobile account.

 

Check the emails we sent you with the Username and Customer ID number for your Mobile in order to access it.

 

If you can't locate it, please send us a private message with your account details.
