I can log in my account and check out my Mobile phone account but cannot log into other services to check both my son’s accounts as they are both under me and my credit card as they were under 18 then. I get an error message when I try to check other services. I also received a text asking me to update payment details but the invoice does not match with the one I have with payment received. ...
