Can’t access my account

Updated my password. But couldn’t login to my account to update payment details. TPG keep sending verification code to the mobile I no longer has access. Contacted customer support. Just being told to send a email to privacy@tpgtelecom.com.au However . IAm yet received no response from TPG whatsoever. Very disappointing and irresponsible service

Hi. Please check the private message I just sent you. According to customer support over the phone. I sent another email to your privacy team including my details and ID. However. No response. No sure whether they completely ignore or just playing dumb. Am very dissatisfied and disappointed to the service. If no fix being addressed. Am afraid I go elsewhere that offer better customer service

72 hours had passed. My patient is running out. Yet TPG privacy team hadn’t responded to my email nor fix my problems.

@Speedy1959 Our Privacy team has since responded to your email yesterday. Please check your spam/junk folder if you cannot find it in your inbox.

I have checked both my emails inbox and spam folder under pedrow7@yahoo.com and pedrowong@ icloud.com. Indeed nothing coming from TPG privacy team. Most of places accept digital license and only TPG doesn’t. What’s a load of craps. Am sending my actual license once more time. If nothing again. I won’t be bothered with TPG no more after so many years as a loyal customer. There are many place out there offer cheaper options and good service

So many time had passed. Your TPG team had failed to short out my account problem. Not a single email communication ever occurred. I’ll be contacting some other mobile and Internet providers in a couple of days. It is my biggest mistake staying with TPG. You just don’t deserve my business
