Can’t cancel Home Wireless Plan

I’ve been trying to cancel my home wireless plan as I’m moving to a place that already has internet but I have not received any of the communication I was told I would.

I have called twice and been told by reps (who were lovely themselves) that my plan has been cancelled and I’ll receive an email within 48 hours with the return label for my modem as confirmation. Both times I’ve waited the period and not received any emails.

I’m getting concerned that my plan hasn’t been cancelled and my account has not been closed, and I’ve turned my modem off and had it ready for a while now with no need to use it anymore as I am moving from this residence today so I’m worried I’ll keep being charged when I’m not even living here anymore.

I’ve seen the other posts where we’re told to send a DM, but both on mobile and desktop I do not see the option to message any of the mods on their profile.

What is the best way to go about this?
