Get online support

Can’t contact TPG on any of there phone numbers.

This afternoon at around 17h45, I lost internet access. We had a storm in Kellyville but thought I’d rebooted my modem. That didn’t work so then checked my NNN box and getting an orange UNI-D1 light. This tells me nbn has an issue. I cannot check the NBN status tracker because NBN’s status feature doesn’t work.
I tried calling all the numbers I could find for TPG. All of the numbers, even new sales number is down and “due to technical difficulties your call could not be connected at this time”.
This is the first time that I’ve had this experience with TPG and not being able to get through to someone.
Can someone help me please? How do I report my issue to you???

Also want to add that TPG.com.au is t working and gives a gateway error when resolving the URL. Literally the only URL that seems to work is the communities site.
Wow TPG, I think your internet is down with your phone lines.

The disruption we experienced yesterday evening has been resolved. If you're still experiencing connectivity issues, rebooting your modem should get you back online.
