Can't log in to account to update credit card

When I try to log in to my account I get a message saying "Sorry, the mobile number on your account is missing or invalid". My account includes both a home internet and mobile plan.

 

Is there someone on here I can message to get it sorted out similarly to the way I can see many others with the same problem have been helped in the last couple of years?

When you get a sec, send a PM to my account and we'll check over your account to the bottom of what's happening.
