Unable to log into my account.
When I try to log in, I receive this message ...
"Oops!
Sorry, the mobile number on your account is missing or invalid.
Please call us on 13 14 23"
I have had no luck in getting anyone to answer by ringing this number. I'm not sure if I'm even on hold, as all I get is a continuous recital of the menu options.
If I can't log into my account and you won't answer the phone, how can I check the details of my account to see if my credit card is up to date?

Let us help figure out what is causing issues with logging in to your TPG account and get this sorted out. Do you have an active mobile number associated with the service? Also, could you shoot us a PM with your details to help us better understand the situation?
