I have just received an email from TPG saying that I have a balance of $89.60 in my account. Links in the email to my account and to a site where I can update my credit card, are both dead links that go nowhere. Is this a scam email?   Do I have an outstanding balance? Unable to log into my account. When I try to log in, I receive this message ... "Oops! Sorry, the mobile number on your account is missing or invalid. Please call us on 13 14 23" I have had no luck in getting anyone to answer by ringing this number. I'm not sure if I'm even on hold, as all I get is a continuous recital of the menu options. If I can't log into my account and you won't answer the phone, how can I check the details of my account to see if my credit card is up to date? ... View more
