I always use my username, but also tried logging in with my customer id and mobile with the same result every time (see attached screenshot).

Based on the error message you received, there's no mobile number registered to the account.
We've already applied the MFA (Multi factor authentication), when logging in to TPG My account.
We'd like to help you add a mobile number to the account.
