I am trying to login to my account but can’t. I am able to put my username and password in and I get set a pin via text message, though when I put the pin in it is like the site is loading and never finish loading no matter how long I wait. I have tried refreshing the page numerous times. I have tried logging in again numerous times. I have called the customer service centre numerous times. It is extremely frustrating and disappointing. The customer service is abhorrent at the moment. I am seriously considering going to another provider simply because of the non existent customer service!
