Get online support
Hi everyone, I cant get any help from TPG everytime I try livechat I get the message: "Our team members are currently serving other customers. We appreciate your patience. Please try again later"
Anyway I am getting a notification that our credit card payment has been declined. I have tried to update the card details several times but the screen seems to time out and there is no confirmation etc I have also checked the card balance and that is ok. Nothing is working and I would very much like to get our regular wifi internet access back as I'm sure you can all imagine at this time. Cheers Denny
