I'd been cut-off for non payment apparently. I just processed a manual payment on the new my account, using the saved details and the payment went through but I still can't make calls, it says my balance is insufficient. I also can't access mobile data. Please help, I use this phone for work.
Every time I've made a manual payment in the past, it's been instant reactivation, but it's been over an hour now & I still can't make any calls or access the internet using mobile data.
