I have a problem with the activation of eSIM number 0413XXXXXX.
I recently transferred my mobile network service from provider Optus to your network, and during the process, I accidentally deleted my eSIM profile. As a result, I am unable to use my mobile services at this time.
Could you please assist me by providing a new QR code for the eSIM so that I can reactivate my mobile service? Any assistance you can offer to expedite this process would be greatly appreciated. Also I can’t get the e-mail from TPG. Please you send the details back to this E-mail.
