Can't reset password

I am trying to reset password for mobile account and when I enter new password this message comes up:

Cannot reset password [account] with this link ...

I am overseas and can't call to resolve this because I can't login to add credit for international calls.

Have you tried to open the link to reset the password on a different browser?
