Get online support
Hi,
I have not been able to send emails from my TPG account for a number of weeks on any device. I get the message "535.5.7.8 [TPG-A02] Can't send Email. User is banned from using SMTP AUTH due to previous abuse."
I have reset my password as suggested on previous posts but still no good.
I may need the assistance of a moderator to unblock manually.
Any assistance greatly appreciated.
