Get online support
I've just changed over from NBN Broadband to Home Wireless Broadband and thought the change over went well. But when I try to access my account using the new user name, I get a error message "Something went wrong. You will be redirected..." and end up back at the start.
The virtual phone (old landline phone number) is not forwarding calls and emails are not sending. Otherwise everything else is functioning well.
Any ideas?
