I want to cancel my account for the end of April, I am moving interstate.
Why is there NO EMAIL address to contact? Without being rude, I do not have time to be put on hold for hours and I can't always understand what is being said.
Despite trying to log into my account repeatedly, I am constantly being told I can not log in to cancel that way.
PLEASE give me an email address to contact so I can have this service cancelled. Why is it so hard to contact in writing? I always do things in writing so I have a paper trail.
