Get online support
I ported away from TPG over 2 months ago and am still receiving invoices from you. How can I stop these invoices? Admittedly they are for $0.00 but every time I receive one (theres 3 per month) I have to go and double check that its a zero balance.
I am no longer with TPG and shouldn't be receiving any communications from the company.
I have tried phoning but get told there is a high call volume and then the line disconnects.
