Hello,
I've tried emailing multiple times to cancel my FTTB M Bundle for internet as it's not possible to do so in the change plan section in my account. I had to move out of my apartment due to reasons beyond my control and have now paid for 1 month of internet that I'm not using as my account wasn't cancelled.
Is a refund possible? and can you help me cancel my account?
I know things are busy with COVID, but I think a refund is very valid.
Would love some help.
