We asked to relocate our internet to our new home in March with no reply from TPG nor any method to contact you futher to follow up. We are working from home and have had to move to another provider so that we actually had internet service.

You are continuning to bill me but have provided zero service over the last 6 weeks. 

Cancel my account NOW. My customer number is 5814121. Please stop charging me for a serive we are no longer using.

 

I am extreamly dissapointed in TPG. This have been extreamly frustrating.
