Cancellation

I’m finding it very difficult to find any information on your website about how to cancel my account. I gather this is on purpose as there are a lot of links to similar problems with tpg on the internet.

After searching the Internet, I completed an online form (link to original form below) and submitted it and received a message indicating I’d be contacted to discuss further and the account would not be cancelled until some time after this phone call (I’m not sure why?). Anyway I’m yet to hear from anyone.

Please cancel my account ASAP - no one currently seems to answer your phones
