Not what we'd like to hear. I'm sorry to learn that you no longer with to continue your service with us.

We'll be arranging a call back from our Escalations Team to discuss with you about your cancellation request. Can you PM us the following:

• customer ID or username of the account
• best contact number
• preferred time for a call
• reason for cancelling
