Just signed with another ISP today, so called up TPG and wanted to cancel my non-contract plan and realised there is a 30 day notice period? It was weird to me as doing my research online, articles suggested to only cancel your existing plan after your new plan goes live. I requested for my TPG plan to be cancelled immediately. Also, I was billed on the 9th August, would there not be a pro-rata usage/refund?
