Hi TPG,
Earlier this week we spoke in length to the Account team to see what TPG services we could change to as we are moving. We received email confirmation from the Relocation team on Wednesday 24 April 2024 who advised TPG are not providers for Opticomm areas.
We initially had no intention to cancel TPG service as we thought we would be able to take the service to our new place however we now need the cancellation/disconnection actioned as a priority. I have emailed today and also filled in the online cancellation form. We would like confirmation that the service will be disconnected before the next billing date approx 13 or 14 May 2024 and we will not be charged next month for a service that we cannot use. We have been loyal to TPG for a very long time and would expect some customer service in this instance.
