Hi there,
I need to cancel my TPG account because the customer service told me they were fail to install my internet Since 13th June. They say there is no cable lead in to my house from street, I need spend more money to install the lead. But the previous tendent lived here they did use TPG’s undee phone lines, now TPG saying line not exist any more.I didn’t use the internet and it also doesn’t finish installation so I consider I can get my money back and cancel my account with TPG.Please don’t call me back just send me the email is fine
