Cancel home broadband

Hi, I need to cancel my broadband. I've requested this multiple times via phone calls and each time was told by someone that I would receive an email within 24-48 hours. Please advise how I can get this done asap. Thank you

It's so difficult to cancel the service. I called and was promised that I would received a cancellation email, but no email received. 

It scared me from registering nbn service with tpg, easy to get in but no way out.
