Cancel my ADSL2 + Home phone bundle

I have tried to cancel via the live chat and via the TPG app, but there is no option to cancel in the plan change section. I have decided to get 5G with another provider. I want my cancellation request to be registered today, so I’m not billed for the next cycle.

My ‘problem’ is that I am about to get 5G internet with another provider, so no longer need my TPG internet connection.
